Dear Sir , My CDC No. is BY59661 ,issued on 12 Mar 1986 at Mumbai.CDC Cum Seafarers' ID Docment was issued on 09 Aug 2001,valid till 8 Aug 2010. While submitting Renewal Application on line ,my application is being rejected with comments the following comment " Invalid CDC number ". I request you to kindly help me in this matter.
