I had applied for duplicate copy of my class 4 coc at Chennai MMD office. Its been four months since then but i dont know wats happening. My coc no: 95Z-9507 and my reference file no: 6EXN(13)/007493 dated on 11.11.2009. I will be greatfull to you if you can please look in to this issue. Thank you.
