N O T I F I C A T I O N
(Merchant Shipping) 

G.S.R.      In exercise of the powers conferred by section 457 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958) the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Merchant Shipping (Shipping Office Forms) Rules, 1963, namely :-  

1.               (i) These rules may be called the Merchant Shipping(Shipping Office Forms) Amendment Rules, 1976. 

(ii)            They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 

2.               In t he Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Shipping Office Forms) Rules, 1963, for Form No. VII the following shall be substituted, namely: -
