          G.S 1691—In the notification of the Government of India in : the Ministry of Transport and Shipping G.S.R. 1283 dated the 3^rd July, 1968, published on pages 1585 to 1595 of the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (1) dated the 13th July, 1968—
