Sir,

        With a view to update the records of the D.G. Shipping, I am directed to request you to furnish the details of the 1% Annual Fees  paid / payable by your training Institute to the D.G. Shipping, in terms of the above referred circulars and orders of the DGS.  

2.         The information regarding the 1% Annual Fees paid/ payable, may be submitted in the prescribed EXCEL format, , in a separate Sheet for each year, for the last 6 years, i.e., F.Y. 2005-06 onwards, and upto the previous F.Y. 2010-11 . The prescribed EXCEL format can be downloaded from DGS website under 'Current News' link.  This  information should be sent electronically to dcb@dgshipping.com , and a signed hard copy of the same may be forwarded to the training branch, DGS by post.  

3.         The above information may be sent within a month of issue of this letter, and latest, by 30.06.11.
