GUIDELINES FOR CHARTERING OF FOREIGN FLAG VESSELS

Ref: Guidelines dated 27th March, 2001 for chartering in Foreign Flag Vessels

The Director General of Shipping and Ex Additional Secretary to the Govt. of India is pleased to issue the following corrigendum to the guidelines. A new paragraph numbering 5.2A shall be added as follows:-

5.2A- "The provisions of paragraph 5.1 and 5.2 above shall apply only to project related work".

This will take effect from 29th June, 2001
