Subject : SUPERSEDED NT WING CIRCULARS
All ISPS related circulars issued by the Directorate to date remain valid except for the following amendments/ cancellations: 1. Circular NT/ISPS/SSP/03/2005 dated 18.02.2005, SUB: GUIDELINES FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CONTINUOUS SYNOPSIS RECORD (CSR) stands cancelled and has been superseded by Circular NT/ISPS/02/2007 dated 1^st January 2007, SUB: GUIDELINES FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CONTINUOUS RECORD (CSR). 2. MS NOTICE no. 12 of 2003, dated 30^th May 2003, SUB: GUIDELINES ON SHIP SECURITY PLAN, item no.4- GENERIC GUIDELINES ON SHIP SECURITY PLAN stands cancelled and has been replaced by Circular NT/ISPS/SHIP/2/2006 dated 14^th February 2006, SUB: GUIDELINES ON PREPARATION / MINOR AMENDMENTS TO SHIP SECURITY PLAN read in conjunction with Circular NT/ISPS/SHIP/4/2006 dated 27^th April 2006, SUB: Amendment to NT BRANCH Circular no.: NT/ISPS/SHIP/2/2006. 3. Attention is drawn to ISPS Circular NT/ISPS/COM/06/2004 dated 1^st July 2004, SUB: SHIP SECURITY ALERT SYSTEM. Please note that Annex "A" and Annex "B" attached to the said circular stand CANCELLED. The amended Annex "A" and Annex "B" attached to circular NT/ISPS/ 03/2007 dated 1^st January 2007 are to be used with immediate effect. 4. It may be noted that henceforth all ISPS related circulars will be numbered as NT/ ISPS/ FOLLOWED BY THE CIRCULAR NO./ FOLLOWED BY THE YEAR. This numbering system comes into effect from this circular onwards. All Indian Ship owners, CSOs, Managers and Masters may please be guided accordingly Sd/- (Capt. R. 4. It may be noted that henceforth all ISPS related circulars will be numbered as NT/ ISPS/ FOLLOWED BY THE CIRCULAR NO./ FOLLOWED BY THE YEAR. This numbering system comes into effect from this circular onwards.
