This Directorate has been receiving complaints from various Maritime Administrations in connection with violation of the above mentioned Rules by Indian Ships. All Ship Masters and Mariners are hereby instructed to strictly adhere to and comply with the above mentioned Rules. Violations/Contraventions will be  dealt with seriously and appropriate disciplinary action is likely to be initiated.
