Sir,
I am to forward herewith M. S. Notice 03
of 2008 dated 06/05/2008 on the above subject for your information
and necessary action. This notice supercedes DGS guidelines on voyage
permission for Inland Vessel issued vide letter no.13-NT(01)/2004 dated 06th
Sept, 2005 and comes into force w.e.f. 15th May, 2008.
Meanwhile, such permission shall be granted by Mercantile Marine
Departments.
