Sub:-Minutes of the first meeting of the Working Group held on 29.04.2009
       on Shipping Trade Practices Bill.

The Director General of Shipping & Ex-officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India has approved the minutes of the first meeting of the Working Group held on 29.04.2009 on Shipping trade Practices Bill.  The same is enclosed herewith alongwith a format (Exhibit "A") for members to suggest amendments.
