Sir,
In view of bringing uniformity in the certificate given to candidates doing workshop training a format has been prepared and is being forwarded herewith. You are requested to issue the workshop training certificate in the format given. The certificate of training should be A/4 size paper. All the required details should be filled up in the required space. The name should be entered as mentioned in the school leaving certificate. The grades should be mentioned in requisite column.
