Further to our
circular 045
dated 29-07-02 the qualifying sea service for NCV certificate of
competency for MEO Class IV (NCV) may be considered as follows:
1)
Sea Service done on vessels
below 750 KW may be considered at half rate towards qualifying sea
service.
