It has been observed that applications are being submitted to DGS for
issuance of CoCs (NCV) grades whenever there is a change of INDos No. It
is requested that after the result is approved by this Directorate,
candidates may be informed and advised to obtain new INDos No. as
applicable. Letter may be issued to candidate with copy marked to INDos
Cell/LBS Collage for their information. DGS Final Registers may be
forwarded to this office only after the candidate obtained new INDos No.
This will avoid issuance of CoCs twice. |
