It has been observed that while forwarding the cases of misconduct, the detailed description of nature of misconduct is not mentioned. The recommendations are made without reference to the rule, etc. This has been viewed seriously in the Directorate.

In order to ensure that misconduct by examinees are reported in accordance to quality procedures and for expediting the enquiry an imposition of penalties, if any, it is requested that the report should be sent in attached format.
