Whenever results are sent for
approval to this Directorate, you are requested to send photocopies
of the documents like sea service testimonials/ certificates after
attesting and wherever required after verifying the documents
for authenticity. In case of verification it may please be recorded
on the copy and signed by the verifying officer.
Scrutiny sheet should always
accompany the application form.
These instructions are valid
for all the examinations except MEO Exams Class I, II & IV conducted
at your center.
