the Bunker Suppliers registered with the Directorate General of Shipping
is invited to the Clause No.2
of the condition stated in the registration certificate. The registered
Bunker Suppliers are required to submit the following
details to this Directorate to comply with the stated condition :
1] Copy of
internal audit reports
2]
Quarterly statement of bunker supplied indicating name of the ship with
IMO No., Specification and type of fuel,
Quantity, date and place of supply in a tabulated format.
