It is desirable to have regular meeting with senior officers to review the working of the Directorate and to take suitable policy decisions on important issues. A Standing Core Committee (SCC) is being constituted under my chairmanship with immediate effect. The following shall be the members of the SCC.

1. Shri A. Chatterjee, CS - Engineering Branch
2. Capt. M.M. Saggi, NA (I/c) - NT Branch
3. Shri Naresh Salecha, Sr.DDG - Administrative Branches
4. Shri Sudhir Kumar, Dy.CSS - Naval Architect Branch

The SCC shall meet every Monday at 1030 hrs. in my room. If I am not available, a fresh date and time of meeting shall be informed by my PS. If any item is required to be discussed for which agenda is to be prepared, the same may be sent to PS to DG and be circulated to the members of the SCC at least 3 days in advance.
