In continuation of Crew Branch Circular No.5 of 2001 dated 5.11.2001, it is clarified that all documents, attested by Notaries will also be accepted by the Shipping Masters. This issues with the approval of the Director General of Shipping and Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
