            under Right to Information Act, 2005 – Modification regarding 

In partial modification of Office Order of even number dated the 21st September, 2005, the Director General of Shipping and Secretary to the Government of India in pursuance of Section 5 (2) of the Right to Information Act 2005, appoints the following officers of the Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai as Public Information Officer, Assistant Public Information Officers and Appellate Authority, in respect of the non-technical and administrative matters with immediate effect:-:

Area of functions and matters seeking information on

Name, Designation and complete office address of the Public Information Officer

Name, Designation and complete office address of the Assistant Public Information Officer

Name, Designation and complete office address of the Appellate Authority

All matters concerning Shipping Development/ Training/

Coastal Shipping/ Crew/ Merchant Shipping Law/ Personnel/

Administration/ Finance/ Vigilance/ Multimodal Transport Operation/ Coordination and all other non-technical matters.
